Mindful Emptying

When we meditate daily or cultivate a sacred practice
with each day, we tap into
* The Sacred
* Love
* Truth
* Peace
* Oneness
* Center
* Vision of Big Picture
again.....& again.....& again.

Daily practice creates the capacity to receive from WITHIN.

When we start the day without a sacred practice,
we create the capacity to receive
* a little love
* a little fear
* struggle
* scarcity
* doubt
* disappointment
* moments of peace.

Because the world is so OBVIOUS & "REAL",
we schedule our day by seeing what needs to be done
& briskly going about our business.  When things don't
go our way, we confidently, persistently carry on with
our plans, or react with disappointment & frustration or
escape to something we feel fills in for falling short.

Some of the distractions could very well be coming to us
to tend to another of our needs or desires. When we're
coming from Center, we create the capacity to receive
even the disturbances as potential gifts, dissolving some
of the disappointment.

Coming from Center provides Vision to see more deeply
INTO the obvious.  Vision is seeing from Big Picture ~
non-judmentally, Truthfully.  Coming from Center,
we find ourselves detached from what we hoped, expected,
scheduled ~

* Our Peace of Mind does not rely on our circumstances. *

We have pre-conceived ideas of how we'd PREFER
things to work out, but there's an ease of control.
Things don't HAVE to work out the way
we wanted them to.  We are still Centered.

We may find ourselves saying something like this:
* Look @ that
* That's too bad
* So what?

* Things only have the meaning we apply to them. *

In our recent Shambala Meditation Workshop,
we worked with mindfulness-being ever mindful of our
thoughts & actions in the present moment.
NOW, we're working with becoming EMPTY/Mindless.
Empty Mind is OPEN & provides the 
capacity to receive.... NEW.

Remember:
* We are not our minds.
* We can change our minds.
* Our minds create our experience
....or our minds create our world.
Allowing our minds to be open is liberating.

If our world is created by our minds, what is our world
telling us right now?  Well, it appears to be a bit upset
at the moment. Lucky for us, things we hold in our minds
don't occur for us instantaneously, but rather are created
over time.

What we're seeing is the effect of past thinking.
(our past paradigm)  The world is playing out our previous
collective thought like an echo in a cavern.  We are trained
to see things through the lens of our past thinking.
Let's slip into our Center & see with Vision.
What would we see?

The New Paradigm of
* Harmony
* Love
* Forgiveness
* Oneness
* Peace

From current events in our country, we can see this new
thought pattern playing out when we see THROUGH the
Obvious & into the NEW.  We are creating the capacity
to receive that which belongs to us in the present moment~
NOW.

Spirituality today invites us to combine ancient
information & experience with modern technologies.
It's kind of STEAMPUNK.
Our NEW is already here if we just could see 
beyond the Obvious.

Where does the New come from?
The Center / Within / the Mystical.  And as with our
Daily Sacred Practice, we return each day to begin again....
& begin again....& begin again.....
Re-charging ourselves like we do our phones.
Coming to Center is a natural flow - like a Divine
Inhale & Exhale.  Center is where the answers are.
We allow the Divine to BREATHE us in the world.

As we tap into Center daily, we live our lives
FROM Center - we become Center living as
Divine Humans now.  It was who we were all
along.....we just couldn't see through the echoes
of yesterday's Obvious.

It's a time of Regeneration.  Not just an improvement
of  the old.  We are Creating the Capacity for receiving
what belongs to us by EMPTYING our MINDS of
attachment to our yesterdays!  CREATING the Capacity
from Center means receiving what belongs to us = NEW!
By seeing with the Vision that sees right
through the Obvious as the imposter that it is.

THIS is the Practical Application of Mysticism.
NOW, we are playing from Center with Intention.
It may not be Obvious to our eyes yet, but we are
sensing the NEW & it is WONDERFUL!
